Kim and husband Lee are life long residents of Terre Haute. They have seven grown children and eleven grand children. Lee has been a custom homebuilder for 40 years, he retired from Vigo County School Corporation where he was the building trades instructor. Kim and Lee maintain and manage 50 of their own rental homes.

Responsible for fielding phone calls, processing applications, collecting rents, lease renewals, and delinquent accounts.

Vacancy Coordinator (one)

Responsible for paperwork flow of vacant properties and processing evictions, updating and entering new property information on web site, auditing and closing files.

Enter work orders, assign service team, enter receivables, billing, and receive maintenance calls, utility management.

Shows properties and move out inspections.

Responsible for posting receivables, payroll, mail management, and monthly owner reports.
