RENTAL PROCESS:

First Step: Finding a Property

Drive by and take a look at the properties on the outside that you are interested in, then call or email us to make an appointment to look inside the properties you are interested to see. Our leasing agent will meet you at the property, be prompt, he can only wait ten minutes because he has other showings following yours, if you choose to see additional property you will need to schedule another appointment. The leasing agent can provide you with an application to turn in to our office.

Second Step: Applying for a Property

When you find a property you would like to rent you can apply on our website or stop by the office for an application. There is a $20.00 application fee for each applicant over 18 years old. The application fee must be paid before the application can be processed. We will need a copy of your driver’s license and your most recent pay stub or income verification.

Third Step: Application Verification

The application must be filled out completely and signed. We will contact your current and or previous landlord, we will run a credit check, and verify your current employment.

Fourth Step: Approved Applicant

You will be contacted by telephone or email which ever you choose, the property will only be held 24 hours, and then you will be required to pay the non refundable holding fee to hold the property for a maximum of 30 days, a lease signing appointment will be set at this time.
